Cnc Machined Valve Body Machining Update

2026-08-03

A new batch of valve components has recently been completed in our machining workshop. The parts were produced based on customer drawings and were arranged according to the actual machining conditions.

This project included Cnc Machined Valve Body parts made from stainless steel materials. Before production, the engineering team checked the drawings with the operators and confirmed several details, including machining allowance, reference surfaces, hole positions, and tolerance requirements.

For this type of component, machining order is important. A Cnc Machined Valve Body contains different functional areas, such as sealing surfaces, connection sections, and internal passages. The machining sequence needs to be considered before processing to avoid unnecessary adjustment during later operations.

During production, CNC turning and milling equipment were used for different machining steps. The workshop adjusted the cutting tools and processing parameters according to the material and structure of each part. Stainless steel materials, such as CF8M and CF3M, require careful control during machining because of their material characteristics.

After the main machining operations were finished, the parts went through dimensional inspection. The inspection focused on the areas shown in the customer drawings, including critical dimensions, connection sizes, and surface conditions.

The completed Cnc Machined Valve Body parts were checked before shipment. Inspection records and material documents were prepared according to the customer’s requirements.

The latest Cnc Machined Valve Body order has now moved to the shipment stage. The experience from this production will also be applied to future valve component projects.

Besides CNC machining, Yining Machinery also produces valve components through investment casting and forging processes. Having different manufacturing processes available helps us handle different types of valve part projects.

Every order has different details. Some projects require tighter tolerance control, while others focus more on material requirements or surface finishing. These differences are reviewed during production to make sure the machining process matches the final application.
